Project Background

System Configuration

Surface Pretreatment

Parts pass through a multi-stage pretreatment system including cleaning, degreasing, and chemical treatment. This removes oil, dust, and surface impurities, enhancing powder adhesion and coating durability.

Automated Electrostatic Powder Coating Booth

After drying, parts enter an enclosed electrostatic powder coating booth. The system’s automated spray guns can reach complex geometries, ensuring uniform coverage even on corners and recessed areas.

Powder Recovery System

A cyclone powder recovery unit collects overspray powder for reuse, improving material efficiency and maintaining a clean production environment.

Curing Oven

Coated parts are conveyed into a curing oven where controlled heating melts and solidifies the powder into a durable, corrosion-resistant finish. Precise temperature control ensures consistent coating thickness and quality.

Conveyor Integration

A fully automated conveyor system links all production stages, enabling continuous movement from pretreatment to spraying and curing. This reduces manual handling, increases throughput, and supports high-volume industrial production.
