ZHYAO delivered a fully automated wire mesh powder coating line to a leading fence manufacturer in Kazakhstan. The line is designed for high-speed coating of hot-dip galvanized welded meshes used in highway guardrails, livestock fencing, and other industrial applications.

Loading System: Gantry-style automatic hook conveyor, single hook load up to 50 kg, compatible with 1.5–3 m wide mesh panels

Pre-treatment: Two-channel spray degreasing and phosphating, followed by DI water rinsing; online conductivity monitoring ensures stable surface preparation

Powder Coating: Four-gun reciprocating electrostatic powder booth with large cyclone secondary recovery, maintaining high powder utilization

Curing: Natural gas direct-fired oven with stable temperature distribution; curing time can be adjusted to process requirements

Unloading & Stacking: Automatic cooling and stacking synchronized with laser batch coding for traceability

Durable Coatings: Epoxy-polyester powder provides strong adhesion and outdoor corrosion resistance; coatings pass salt spray testing for over 1000 hours under standard conditions

High Powder Utilization: Cyclone secondary recovery system enables powder recovery ≥ 90%, reducing material consumption

Wide Mesh Compatibility: Single line can handle 1.0–3.0 m wide panels with varied mesh sizes without changing fixtures

Continuous High Output: Designed line speed of 3 m/min allows processing of approximately 3000 m² per 8-hour shift

Quick Color Change: Quick-release filters and automated cleaning minimize downtime for color switches

Environmental Compliance: Equipped with secondary filtration and post-filter box, dust emissions meet current Kazakh regulations

Low Maintenance: Modular design allows daily maintenance in under 30 minutes, mainly cleaning the booth and replacing filters
